Molly Terms and Conditions

Molly Opt in and Opt Out Options

To use text message services in this way, Telecom carriers require that certain terms and conditions are adhered to particularly around unsolicited advertising (The Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007). Please be aware that Molly does not provide advertising facilities.

Generally, users will initiate the first connection to Molly so we assume they want to use the service.

Gathered Data

Molly gathers data for the purpose of creating reports for participating companies. This information is private and can only be used by the company associated with that machine or operator. The data gathered is held for a period defined by the participating company generally 3months, after which it is deleted.

Unlike other companies, Molly does not permanently store or share the limited data it gathers.

The only personal information held by Molly is the operators name, phone number and Net of Kin. After 3 months of no use, the name and phone number are deleted.

Teleco Terms and Conditions

1.1 As part of your agreement with Brandy Systems Ltd and providing your mobile phone number or mobile phone numbers belonging to staff, customers or affiliates, you and they agree to be bound by these terms.

1.2 You agree and understand that you will send and receive text messages via the SMS messaging system.

1.3 You must ensure you keep any contact information up to date and advise if there are any changes to your mobile phone number or a mobile phone number belonging to staff, customers or affiliates.

1.4 At any time, a mobile number may opt out of receiving messages from us by sending Opt Out to Molly’s short code or by emailing techsupport@brandysystems.co.nz. You understand that this will cause your service to stop processing your information.

1.5 We comply with “The Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007” and you must ensure you also comply with the Act.

1.6 No recompense shall be paid to you, nor any action can be taken against us for your loss of services should you fail to follow these clauses.
